The Allgire Project consists of two adjacent properties in downtown Oak Harbor, 720 and 740 SE Pioneer Way containing five commercial spaces, an outdoor event space, and a gorgeous mural gallery. Local residents, vacationers visiting seaside Oak Harbor, and tourists passing through town on their way to Deception Pass State Park, visit the murals to admire the beauty, take photographs, and share personal pictures and selfies on social media. Professional photographers, videographers, and social media influencers also use the murals as backdrops for specialized work.

Additionally, the 5,000 square feet of outdoor event space located between the murals, is home to special occasions and events, like farmer’s markets, private parties, weddings and wedding receptions, community and cultural events, and concerts.

Downtown commercial rental space at The Allgire Project in Oak Harbor consists of five commercial spaces and an outdoor event space—18,000 square feet total. Commercial rental spaces have prime street front property on Pioneer Way, excellent visibility, ample parking, and lots of walk-by foot traffic.

We have space available for pop-ups with a one-week minimum rental. We also have monthly rental spaces, opportunities to co-rent space with other businesses, and more traditional one- to three-year leases (with incentives!). Storage space is available as well as dedicated parking spots for staff and clients.
