Whidbey Island Crafter's Market & Studios has been established to give artists and crafters a place to create, display and sell their items within a supportive environment. We share the commonality of being local to Whidbey Island where the bond is tight and support for each other overflows. Our crafters and artists are eager to share their skills by teaching classes to the public in our classroom that comfortably seats 12.

Inspired Wellness, PLLC

Dr. Carina Hopen is a lifelong learner who has earned two board certifications in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, and she is also a licensed nutritionist with a Master of Sciences in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is also a Navy Veteran who has lived in Oak Harbor since 2006. She owns and operates Inspired Wellness, PLLC a holistic solo practice that complements her clients traditional medical care by helping them to improve their overall wellness through nutrition counseling, mindfulness training, and ongoing coaching support.

Dr. Hopen truly listens, she has a kind heart, and is very sincere about helping her clients improve their health. Dr. Hopen sets herself apart from other clinicians by providing her clients with the tools and nurturing support to continue their progress after they graduate from her program. Overall, Dr. Hopen helps her adult clients how to make sustainable lifestyle changes so that they can live vibrantly!
